SIGNMATEGH is currently seeking an experienced Managing Partner to lead and develop our new business line in Non-IT Outsourcing. We are looking for a visionary individual with proven business building skills and an extensive network to bring in new clients and projects.
Job Description:
As Managing Partner, you will be fully responsible for:
- Business Development and Development: Initiating, formulating, and implementing business strategies for the Non-IT outsourcing line from scratch to success.
- Client and Project Acquisition: Leveraging your network and expertise to acquire new clients and bring on high-value Non-IT outsourcing projects.
- Operational Management: Managing all operational aspects of the business line, including planning, executing, and evaluating team performance.
- Financial Management: Responsible for the profitability of the business line, including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
- Human Resource Development: Building and leading a competent and dedicated team to provide excellent service to clients.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior management level or similar position, preferably in the outsourcing, consulting, or service industries.
- Proven Business Acquisition: Possesses a strong and proven track record of bringing in new clients and projects, and possesses an extensive business network across various industry sectors.
- Strong Leadership: Able to effectively lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve common goals.
- Deep Business Insight: Understands market trends and dynamics in the non-IT outsourcing industry.
- Superior Negotiation Skills: Possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-Oriented: A proactive individual, goal-oriented, and unafraid to take calculated risks.
- Graduate: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in management, economics, or business.
