Job description
Responsibility:

Support the team in coordinating material availability and production planning for new projects.

Manage daily operations to ensure materials are available on time for production and oversee vendor performance to ensure stable supply for upcoming demands.

Monitor inventory levels to meet company targets, analyze inventory for improvements, and manage supply forecasts with action plans based on market conditions.

Coordinate with quality, other departments, and suppliers to address supply quality issues, minimizing impacts on production and reducing excess and obsolescence due to demand changes.

Oversee team ISI sampling processes to meet production targets, and support new vendor and ISI audit processes.

Drive system optimizations for better inventory control, including lead time, MOQ, and safety stock management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong familiarity with electronic manufacturing procurement, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Basic knowledge of incoterms, warehousing, shipping, and personnel management is preferred.

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, work under pressure, and adapt to changing requirements and cultures.

Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge is an advantage. Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
