Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistic business.
• Understand how to handle Import & Export Declaration (PIB/PEB).
• Have experience with KITE facility (advantage).

• Supervise export and import staff to minimize errors and maximize productivity.

Overview

To ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to achieve excellent service and create the Company Experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify all export and import jobs meets customer’s target


• Supervise export and import staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity


• Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications


• Responsible for ensuring that Company’s Management System Standards are followed and enforced


• Provide recommendation on staff performance to Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major


• Minimum 3 years experiences as in the same positions, in freight forwarding/logistic business


• Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written (is a must)


• Understand how to handle/Check Import & Export Declaration (PIB/PEB).


• Have experience in handling Import & Export (with KITE facility will be advantage)


• Good communication and interpersonal skill


• Posses effective supervisory skill


• Able to work under pressure and target oriented


• Domicile in Medan Area
