Overview

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all machines and equipment are well-maintained and operate optimally, in compliance with CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and applicable regulations.

What You Will Do

• Assess plant business processes to anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop as well as implement effective solutions.
• Provide recommendations to enhance plant performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the Plant Head to manage plant-level projects (e.g., CONIM/Innovation Convention) and continuously monitor their performance.
• Facilitate regular reviews of plant performance through management meetings and related forums.
• Ensure that the Plant Management System aligns with the company system.
• Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management.
• Act as the Risk Management Point of Contact (PIC) and facilitate the Entity Risk Management process within the plant area.

What You Will Need

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Maintenance or Engineering
• Experience with TPM, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing
• Project management and Digital Transformation knowledge
• Strong in Reliability Engineering, Energy Efficiency, and Cost Saving
• Proficient with maintenance tools/software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifting
• Willing to be placed in GIIC area, Cikarang.
