Your Role

As Logistics Solutions Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in designing, costing, and delivering integrated logistics solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll collaborate across multiple functions and lead both the Pricing and Projects teams — ensuring that solutions are not only operationally sound but also financially viable and efficiently implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored end‑to‑end logistics solutions based on customer and business requirements.
• Lead the Pricing function — overseeing accurate, scalable cost models and commercial proposals.
• Ensure solution designs reflect sound financial principles, including EBITDA, profitability, and cost‑to‑serve metrics.
• Supervise the Projects team responsible for the execution and governance of internal logistics projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technical teams to align logistics strategies with operational capacity and market demands.
• Provide strategic input to senior management on solution feasibility, margin impact, and potential efficiency gains.
• Support pre‑sales activities through technical proposals, client meetings, and bid submissions.
• Analyze logistics data and market trends to inform pricing and operational improvements.
• Uphold compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all solution implementations.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding with direct exposure to solution design, pricing, or project management.
• Strong competency in cost modeling, including understanding of EBITDA, margin analysis, and financial KPIs.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams or projects.
• Advanced knowledge of multimodal transport, logistics systems, and supply chain flows.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, analytical, and business‑oriented mindset.
