We are seeking an experienced Logistic Planning Center (LPC) professional to join our dynamic team at PT SCG Barito Logistics'. As a full-time role based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning and coordination of our logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Planning & Optimization

• Strategic Scheduling: Develop shipment schedules and plans focused on optimizing logistics costs and maximizing revenue.
• Supply Management: Ensure a consistent truck supply to meet fluctuating customer demands.
• Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecast models to predict future logistics needs.
• Efficiency Mapping: Determine the most effective modes of transportation and logistical solutions to improve overall work efficiency.

Operational Execution

• Fleet Utilization: Oversee overall fleet utilization and proactively resolve operational issues as they arise.
• End-to-End Monitoring: Manage the full shipment lifecycle—from tendering to closing—monitoring progress and providing real-time updates to customers.
• Quality Control: Supervise product handling during loading, transit, and unloading to ensure service standards are met.
• Incident Reporting: Track deliveries and document any instances of damaged goods or service failures.

Stakeholder & System Management

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to integrate logistics with core business processes.
• Vendor Relations: Manage carriers and transportation providers to ensure prompt movement of shipments.
• Systems Management: Proficiently manage operations within SAP, TMS, and WMS platforms.
• Performance Analytics: Analyze and evaluate operational data to drive informed, optimal decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and experience using TMS and SAP.
• Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Leadership: Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Systems: Advanced mastery of SAP and TMS workflows.
• Mindset: An open-minded approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Location: Willingness to be placed at the Head Office in Slipi, West Jakarta.
