Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end shipping processes and negotiate with freight forwarders.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and company SOPs.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents and tariff codes.
  • Match supplier delivery orders with Purchase Orders and perform data entry.
  • Coordinate delivery of goods and assist in payment collection.
  • Maintain and compile logistics and administrative reports.
  • Perform general office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

PT Kampak Peralatan Aliran is looking for a meticulous and proactive Logistics & Admin professional to manage end-to-end shipping and administrative operations. You will be the key person ensuring import/export processes are compliant, cost-effective, and timely, while providing vital administrative support to the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics & Shipping: Manage the full spectrum of shipping processes, including sourcing and negotiating with freight forwarders and vendors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all import/export activities comply with Indonesian regulations and company SOPs.
  • Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documents, tariff codes (HS Codes), and ensure accurate tariff calculations.
  • Inventory & Data Entry: Match supplier delivery orders with Purchase Orders, perform data entry for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) into the system, and ensure goods are received accurately.
  • Customer Liaison: Coordinate the delivery of goods and sales documents to customers and assist in payment collection/invoice control.
  • Reporting: Maintain and compile daily/monthly logistics and administrative reports.
  • Admin Support: Perform general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Transport, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in logistics, shipping procedures, and import/export documentation.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with custom regulations and tariff codes in Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of solving shipment-related issues.
Working Conditions
  • Location: Based at our Jakarta Barat office (Green Sedayu Biz Park, Jl. Daan Mogot Km 18. Blok DM 17 no 85).
  • Travel: Occasional travel or relocation needs may be required as advised by the Operational or General Manager.
