What We’re Looking For

Automation Data Scientist

We require a Data Scientist to help us automate the process discovery cycle, to empower us to make data driven prioritization decisions in regards to the automation projects and build a process performance monitoring system once the automation has been delivered to production.

What You Will Do
  • Designing, selecting, and engineering features, and building, evaluating, and optimizing predictive and generative models using state‑of‑the‑art machine‑learning techniques.
  • Developing, deploying, and maintaining machine‑learning models and pipelines in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.
  • Monitoring model performance, detecting drift, and implementing automated retraining and governance strategies.
  • Researching and prototyping advanced statistical and machine‑learning methods to generate actionable insights and drive product innovation.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, design, business) to translate business problems into data‑science solutions with measurable impact.
  • Communicating complex technical results and insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends in data science, machine learning, and large language models, and actively pursuing continuous learning opportunities.
What You Will Need
  • 2+ years of practical experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on product development and delivery.
  • Practical experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, multimodal modeling, clustering, and decision‑tree algorithms.
  • Hands‑on experience with data‑science and machine‑learning libraries and frameworks such as Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and related tooling (MLflow, Airflow, Spark) for experimentation and productionization.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, including writing clean, modular, well‑documented code, adhering to software‑engineering best practices (Git version control, unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines).
  • Ability to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation and analysis.
  • Data‑oriented personality with a passion for empirical, evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
  • A self‑starter mindset, able to work independently while proactively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
