Job summary

A well-established company in agriculture is seeking a legal professional based in Jakarta. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing legal disputes. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Legal Corporate and Operations.
• Preferably have Peradi Certificate.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising business and commercial contracts.
• Ensuring operations are in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Assisting in managing disputes with clients, suppliers, and employees.
• Preparing legal documents as required by other departments.
• Conducting legal research on new regulations.

Job description

Drafting, reviewing, and revising business, commercial contracts

Ensuring the company operates in accordance with local laws and regulations

Assisting in managing disputes with clients, suppliers, & employees

Assisting another department in preparing legal documents, or if another department required certain documents such as Power of Attorney, statement letter, legal opinion, etc

Conducting legal research if there’s a new regulation that could impact the Company or regarding other matters such as the establishment of a new company

Making & reviewing operations agreements related to the company’s activities, either the agreement proposed by another department or prepared by the legal department itself, such as a tender, building lease, loan, and service agreement

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law

Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Legal Corporate and Operations

Fluent in English, both oral and written

Having excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill

Having Excellent on MS Office Skill

Having Peradi Certificate (Preferably)

Be able to work independently

Placement at Jakarta Office, and able to travel to Site to meet job requirements
