Job description

Job Description:

  1. Organize the preparation and storage of legal documents (in the form of agreements, powers of attorney, statements, or similar documents) in accordance with established procedures to support the Company's operational activities.
  2. Manage relevant business permits from time to time.
  3. Assisting in the organization of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), both Annual General Meetings (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMS), ensuring they proceed according to established procedures, including preparing the necessary documents.
  4. Provide legal support for the Company's corporate action plans.
  5. Manage and monitor the Company's intellectual property (trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and the like) to ensure appropriate legal protection.
  6. Manage and monitor the legal rights to assets in the form of land and buildings.
  7. Provide legal opinions and/or interpret legal opinions from legal consultants.
  8. Handle cases/disputes and conduct legal audits in accordance with established directives.
  9. Implement a culture of QSHE5R, Continuous Improvement, and Kalbe Management.
