About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Legal Assistant Manager to join our company group. This is a full‑time role based in our office in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As our Legal Assistant Manager, you will play a strategic role in supporting the legal department and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s legal affairs.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the legal team
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the department’s work
  • Organizing and maintaining the company’s legal records and documentation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed
  • Supporting the team in managing legal deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes and procedures
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within the energy or plantation industry
