A day in the life of...

• Responsible for internal and external training implementation
• Responsible for general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
• Ensure training program implementation and responsible to build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
• Implement onboarding training for new hires by involving respective subject matter experts in factory
• Support any activities related to people involvement & development

What Will Make You Successful

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of any major
• Has minimum 3 years’ experience related to Training & People Development would be advantageous
• Able to organize training and other events related to employee engagement
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Has knowledge in Leadership Development
