Job summary

WWTP & UTILITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Monitor, operate, and maintain WTP/STP equipment, including pumps, filters, blowers, chemical dosing systems, tanks, and control panels.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Building Management, vendors, laboratories, and government authorities as required.
• Handle troubleshooting, breakdowns, and emergency situations related to WTP/STP systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in STP/WTP operations, preferably in malls or commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at Mal Ciputra Tangerang.
