Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. This role is essential in guiding a unique portfolio of security-focused professional services engagements, which play a direct role in achieving our clients’ goals. As a remote position, you'll collaborate with various teams, communicate vital updates, and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, all while ensuring successful project management. Your contributions will aid in optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering solutions that meet the evolving security needs of organizations. Remote work allows for flexibility, while occasional travel may be required to enhance stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities

• Plan and define projects, collaborating with various teams.
• Communicate weekly with PMO and Practice Leadership regarding status updates and strategies.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams including Engineers and Architects.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within schedule and scope while managing risks.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and document specifications.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop reports and key risk indicators.
• Manage both Waterfall and Agile-based development efforts.
• Monitor and maximize key cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Ensure quality of deliverables aligns with stakeholder expectations.
• Track project outcomes and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science required.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager roles.
• Experience with AppSec and Vulnerability Management highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or SaaS.
• Strong ability to learn project management apps quickly (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
