A leading engineering firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Project Permitting Lead to support the Abadi LNG project. KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Project Permitting Lead to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front‑end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity target of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government.
The Project Permitting Lead will provide support for the Abadi Project with permitting and regulatory requirements. This role will engage government agencies to ensure compliance with local and international oil and gas standards. In addition, this role will serve as a liaison between all project teams in order to oversee and report all non‑compliance with project requirements, help the project with permit and regulatory compliance needs, and keep the project abreast of the latest rules, regulations and guidelines that will govern the project's activities.
