Job summary

A leading luxury resort in Bali is seeking a Guest Relations professional to enhance guest experience. You will welcome guests, address inquiries, and ensure compliance with service standards. The ideal candidate is a Korean expatriate with at least one year of experience in a similar role and fluent in English. This position is pivotal in maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in guest relations at a large luxury resort.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in operating hotel systems is an advantage.

  • Assist special guests and answer inquiries.

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

  • Only for Korean Expatriate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Experience in operating Hotel system is an advantage
  • Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
