Our client is a leading oral care brand in China and is expanding into the Indonesian market, starting with its toothpaste products.

Responsibilities
  1. Systematically develop and manage KOL resources in the Indonesian market, building a localized influencer partnership ecosystem for the brand.
  2. Lead end-to-end KOL business negotiations, contract signing, and project execution to ensure efficient collaboration.
  3. Design tiered KOL collaboration strategies tailored to the Indonesian market and develop localized partnership solutions.
  4. Establish and continuously maintain a KOL database for Indonesia, enabling dynamic resource management and value optimization.
  5. Track and analyze collaboration data, optimize resource allocation, and continuously improve return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of experience in KOL marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
  2. Possession of a local KOL network in Indonesia is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with the Indonesian social media ecosystem and in-depth knowledge of platform operations, such as TikTok and Instagram.
  4. Excellent business negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently with strong goal orientation and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the beauty, FMCG, oral care, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with key Indonesian holidays and cultural marketing rhythms.
  • Experience in integrating and leveraging multi-platform KOL resources.
