What you will do
- Create diverse, exciting and innovative menus that align with the Bobobox brand and cater to guests' preferences
- Effectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastage
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
- Implement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitability
You will fit in this job if you
- Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
- Min. 1 (one) year of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departments
- Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Ranca Upas, West Java
