Job summary

A renowned food company in Indonesia is looking for a Key Account Executive to enhance sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the Horeca/Food Service sector. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, supporting negotiations, and providing analytical insights while collaborating with internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities


  • Assist in the implementation of strategic plans for key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage daily communications and relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and issues.

  • Support negotiation processes by providing data and insights related to account performance and market conditions.

  • Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Collect and analyze sales data and promotional activity results to support performance evaluation and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to coordinate efforts related to key accounts.

  • Identify operational challenges within key accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports related to key account activities.

  • Carry out additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in Horeca/Food Service (experience in FMCG industry is preferable)

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in data analysis and sales performance evaluation

  • Solid understanding of trading terms, promotional mechanics, and budgeting

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Willing to travel for business trips as required
