A leading coffee company in Bali is seeking a Key Account & Area Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of sales leadership experience in the coffee or café industry, and a strong passion for coffee. You'll develop sales strategies for the HORECA market, lead a sales team, and manage key relationships to drive sustainable performance. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a proactive mindset to achieve results.

Sales Strategy and Key Account Management
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for HORECA particularly within Hotel and Food Service sectors, ensuring alignment with the Group and Country direction.
Lead and grow a sales team in prospecting, identifying market opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting deals to achieve district sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with key regional customers, HORECA clients, distributors, and modern trade partners to drive sustainable sales performance.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the area's client and channel footprint.
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Set clear performance metrics and expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Create and implement structured training programs to enhance sales capabilities, technical product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Ensure the entire team can confidently explain product features, technical specifications, and service solutions to support customers effectively.
Oversee the area’s technical service team responsible for machine installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
Monitor service efficiency, response times, and overall technical quality to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Implement service standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and customer service protocols across the district.
Manage the daily operations of the district office, ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflow.
Maintain the district showroom as a professional, customer-ready environment for demonstrations, presentations, and product evaluations.
As this is a key position leading our key district, the ideal candidate must have a strong passion for coffee and enjoy hands ‘on work in delivering results. The candidate is expected to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the coffee or cafe industry, with a focus on HORECA segments.
Proactive and self-starter and is driven by desire to achieve results.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of effectively managing and inspiring teams.
