JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – ELPER DEVELOPMENT (Canggu, Bali)

Elper Development is a fast-growing real estate company in Bali, specializing in luxury villas and resort developments. We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our BOQ and cost estimation process.

Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor (BOQ Preparation)

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for architectural, structural, and MEP works.

Assist in cost estimation for villa and resort projects.

Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Procurement teams.

Update quantity calculations based on design changes.

Compare supplier quotations and assist with cost evaluations.

Maintain accurate documentation for project cost tracking.

Support senior QS and project manager in budgeting and revisions.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or 0–2 years experience as QS/Estimator.

Able to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good Excel skills; knowledge of QS software is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
