Job description

Define stakeholders from cross-functional team and resources required to start the project industrialization.

Regular meetings with customers to exchange information regarding project development with the key account manager for alignment of project development and impact on commercial aspects.

Monitoring project timeline and deliverables by cross-functional team and provide support for escalation when needed to ensure on-time delivery.

Review information inputs from the cross-functional team before presenting to customers.

Provide regular updates to management regarding project development and help needed to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in language, marketing, management, law, or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Good team management and cooperation, communication, summary, coordination, fast thinking, strain ability, strong execution, sense of responsibility, writing skills, data analysis, familiar with PPT, and other related tools, strong project management skills.

Proficient in English reading, speaking, and writing, solid skills in Microsoft Excel.

Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit, and influence skills, problem-solving skills, able to handle multi-tasking and perform well under pressure, seeking continuous improvement, active listening, and presentation skills.
