Job description

Ensure the implementation of process designs involving machines, materials, and work methods, and ensure melting and casting processes follow established standards.

Guide and support the team in developing tooling designs to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Monitor process controls, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality.

Lead process improvement activities by analyzing production data and recommending changes to improve efficiency and quality.

Coordinate daily team activities to ensure effective implementation of process designs and improvements in the melting and casting area.

Communicate with related departments to ensure all aspects of process engineering are smoothly integrated into production operations.

Handle technical issues during production that cannot be resolved by the engineering staff.

Provide training and development to the team on updated technologies and methods in process engineering.

Review documents and daily reports to identify existing problems and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Eager to learn with good communication skills.

Able to work both in a team and independently.
