Director of Sales

General Requirements:

• Diploma 3 in hospitality or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience (Resort/Hotel & Convention/hospitality)
• Excellent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record; handling government and MICE accounts is preferred
• Excellent personality and attitude
• Disciplined and team oriented

Head Chef

General Requirements:

• 2+ years culinary education
• 5+ years experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Western, Asian and Japanese cuisines
• Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of systems, ordering and inventory
• Excellent communication skills
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness
• Good vibes in leadership and innovation

Asst. Chief Engineer

General Requirements:

• Experience in the same position minimum 2 years at 3/4 star hotel
• Good communication in Bahasa and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Love to work in a team with target orientation
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Able to join immediately
• Strong leadership
