• Perform day-to-day activities of IT infrastructure operation & maintenance.
• Maintain SLA of various IT services provided by the company.
• Report every IT construction’s milestones to the Manager.

Skills

Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL

Strong knowledge of network & server engineering

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities of IT infrastructure operation & maintenance.
• Improve performance & efficiency of IT Infrastructure.
• Maintain SLA of various IT services provided by the company.
• Report every IT construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendation to Manager.
• Monitor all IT asset Maintenance.
• Monitor all IT device and also its methods and specification.
• Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation.
• Create SOP for new project.
