Job description

LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Enabling the unified operations of product development and manufacturing, the new subsidiary will allow LG to develop new models with higher efficiency as well as expand the company’s businesses in the global TV market with heightened speed.

LGERC also aims to foster local product operation systems focusing on R&D with the aim of developing a more diverse lineup of TV products that respond to the rapidly growing Asian market, particularly Indonesia.

IT Helpdesk

Responsibility :

• Responsible for PC Repair and Data center management
• Perform Installation & troubleshooting Windows 11 and later
• Handle Vaccine program (ex. Symantec Endpoint and others)
• Have experience to manage a Data Center.
• Manage a LAN Cable & Fiber Optic cable, UPS (just monitoring and check usage rating

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Have knowledge/experience minimum 1 year in related fields. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Has experience handling Hardware Repair (PC/Laptop), OS Installation, and Manage Data Center
• Understanding Active Directory, LAN & Fiber Optic Cable
• Have skills for solving a problem
• Proficient in English. Being able to speak Korean is an additional point
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi

IT Security

Responsibility :

• Monitor access to all systems and maintain access control on network and computer systems and document access authorization
• Maintenance and support of network and server information security systems
• Ensuring the organization's network and data remain secure
• Develop and implement appropriate and effective controls to reduce identified threats and risks

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Have knowledge/experience minimum 1 year in related fields. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Understanding ISO 27001 related to Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Understand IT technology and security vulnerability: PC/Server/Network/Ethical Hacking, etc.
• Understand physical/technical security systems and operations: X-Ray/Access Control/CCTV, etc.
• Have skills for solving a problem
• Proficient in English. Being able to speak Korean is an additional point.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi

IT Admin

Responsibility :

• Checking vendor's contract document
• Manage IT Expense, Payment and Accrual
• Open PO
• Handle ERP System

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or equivalent
• Have knowledge/experience minimum 1 year in related fields. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
