Job Description

Working collaboratively with technical lead, project manager and business users during the phases of requirement, design, and development to ensure quality of deliverables and service.

Performing system design, analysis (including customization, interfaces, functions, and reporting), development testing, user training and new features release.

Provide financial support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.

Data analysis and reporting.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
