Job description

We are looking for an IT Quality Engineer / SDET with strong coding skills in Golang to design and implement effective testing processes. This role combines the expertise of a software tester and a software engineer to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks using Golang.

Create, maintain, and execute test cases for API, UI, and performance testing.

Perform both manual and automation testing based on project needs.

Identify, document, and track bugs with clear and detailed reports.

Work closely with Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure product quality.

Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Suggest improvements to testing processes and product quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.

Strong Golang programming skills, capable of building automation frameworks from scratch.

Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, or similar.

Good understanding of API testing, performance testing, and database queries (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiar with SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.

Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and a team player.

Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
