Job description

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Coordinate with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Resolve project conflicts, manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Interact with executives and project team/resources to understand requirements, workflows, business process model and expectations

Develop a detailed project management plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (i.e Microsoft project)

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent

More than 6 Years of experience as IT Project Manager with multi-complex IT Applications or infrastructure projects

Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Prince certification is preferable

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development is a plus

Familiar with workflow diagram and wireframe prototypes

Preferably Manager specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
