Job summary
A leading consumer goods company is seeking an IT Support professional to provide daily technical support, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 1-3 years of experience in IT support. This position requires the ability to work under pressure and will be based in West Jakarta.
Qualifications
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for IT operations and end-users.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Assist in IT asset management and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors or higher level IT teams for issue escalation.
