We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and confident in communicating with customers, particularly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to new and existing customers to introduce products and solutions.

Prepare and send sales quotations and follow up with customers.

Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to delivery.

Maintain and update customer database and sales records.

Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Support sales campaigns and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in manufacturing, mould, or die industry.

Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone.

Good organizational and administrative skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

Tech‑savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Self‑motivated, team player, and detail‑oriented.

Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
