Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an Injection Molding Tooling Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 4–5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding and tooling design. Responsibilities include tool design, mold flow analysis, troubleshooting, and project management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is located in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

Qualifications

• Min. 4–5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, tooling design, and/or process engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software for mold design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Involved in tool design and development during DFM activities.
• Utilizing Moldflow to simulate the mold filling process.
• Managing tooling projects from concept to completion.
