Aftermarket Sales Manager (National Scale)

Spain-based Motorcycle Accessories Company is currently looking for an Aftermarket Sales Manager focused on B2B Sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company sales & marketing strategy
• Find new clients around Indonesia
• Increase sales of existing clients
• Ensure product is correctly displayed in shops
• Give training to distributors and their sales team
• Attend motorcycle events
• Supervise marketing activities such as social media, events, influencers and others

Qualifications

• Experience in the sales and marketing department for the B2B market (selling to dealers and distributors)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Passion for automotive, especially motorcycles
• Salesmanship expertise such as negotiation skills, sales planning, building relations, process management, market knowledge, communication skills
• Marketing knowledge a plus
• Willingness to be placed in South Jakarta (Kemang Area)
• Willingness to travel around Indonesia 1-2 times a month
