Job Overview:

We are seeking HR Business Partners to join our team, specializing in supporting our Shipping Industry. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management within your assigned division to align HR strategies with specific business objectives. Your focus will be on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development, tailored to the unique needs of your division. You’ll be responsible for driving HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and support the organization’s strategic goals within your specialized area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Align HR strategies with business unit objectives to support growth and performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of job descriptions, competency models, and career pathways.
  • Lead the employee performance appraisal process and manage individual development plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs based on organizational needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns regarding benefits, facilities, and employment matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial for HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of HR strategies, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple HR projects with a focus on employee development.
  • Placement at Head Office, Surabaya.
