Job summary

A growing HR Consultancy in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. You will provide guidance and support to leaders and oversee the employee lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and a minimum of 3 years in HR roles, including 2 years in a similar position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a similar HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying training needs and implementing development programs.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth.
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing HR guidance and support to leaders and employees with relevant OKR/KPI for Organization Growth.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, rotation, and termination.
  • Identify development and training needs for business units and individual employees.
  • Develop and implement Individual Development Programs (IDP) and other training initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and follow up on training programs in collaboration with Learning and Development (L&D) teams.
  • Improve working relationships, build morale, and enhance productivity through effective communication and adherence to the Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct case investigations in coordination with Legal, Industrial Relations, and Internal Audit teams.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a similar HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying training needs and implementing development programs.
