Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both store and back‑office staff.
  • Design and implement employee development and training programs.
  • Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee a small legal and administration support team.
  • Advise the Director on HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Seven to eight years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
  • Experience in organizational development and staff training.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Gorontalo.
