We are a premium spa known for delivering high-quality wellness experiences in a discreet, respectful, and professional setting. We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in the spa or wellness industry to join our leadership team.

This is a critical role responsible for managing staff relations, recruiting top-tier therapists, and maintaining harmony and efficiency across all departments—including therapists, reception, security, and operations staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment of qualified, professional massage and body therapists, as well as support staff. Oversee onboarding, training, and integration.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture. Act as the first point of contact for staff concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring team harmony.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Manage accurate salary calculations, commissions, and bonus structures. Ensure timely and confidential payroll processing.
  • Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support professional development in alignment with spa standards.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Maintain employee records, enforce spa policies, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR within the spa, wellness, or hospitality sector (spa experience highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of therapist staffing and performance-based compensation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with labor law and payroll systems
