We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital General Manager to lead and elevate our HR function at a leading FMCG manufacturing company.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership in all areas of human resources. You will shape our organizational development initiatives, oversee workforce planning to ensure talent alignment with business needs, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your key role will be to manage the entire talent lifecycle, including attracting top‑tier candidates, driving performance management processes, and fostering employee growth through targeted development programs.

You will manage compensation and benefits to remain competitive and equitable, oversee HR operations including data management, systems optimization, and policy implementation to maximize efficiency and accuracy. In addition, you will navigate complex industrial relations and legal matters to minimize risks and maintain harmonious workplace relations.

Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and HR compliance ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies, driving performance management, and implementing employee development initiatives.
