Overview

PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia is seeking an experienced Human Capital and Organizational Performance Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving organisational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall business success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HC strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's growth and organization performance objectives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training and development initiatives to upskill and engage the employee.
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees based on company business goals.
  • Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management (Talent Pool, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Pathing).
  • Talent mapping and Human Asset Value (HAV) analysis to identify high-potential and critical talents.
  • Analyze employee data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values.
  • Provide expert Organizational Performance through Human Capital advice and guidance to all employees.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Balanced Scorecard concepts, HC competencies, organizational design, performance management, and organizational development.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing, mining or chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HC and organizational development programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address performance and engagement issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to use MS Office proficiently; experience with HC data analytics tools and HRIS systems.
  • English proficiency in written and oral form; certification in the field of Human Capital is desirable.
  • Willing to work under pressure, have a good attitude, be a fast learner, and adapt quickly; high initiative.
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
