[ITO] (GSD) Workday Functional Specialist/Senior Specialist (Benefits Module, Bangkok-based, relocation provided)
Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain hiring documentation
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage probation, promotion, transfer, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and employment matters
- Support performance review cycles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues
- Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field
- Have minimum 1 year experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience in IT consulting, technology, software, or professional services is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of HR functions (recruitment, HR administration, performance management, employee relations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to ensure HR policies, employment practices, and documentation comply with local labor regulations
- Willing to work onsite in Bandung
