[ITO] (GSD) Workday Functional Specialist/Senior Specialist (Benefits Module, Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain hiring documentation
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Manage probation, promotion, transfer, and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and employment matters
  • Support performance review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture programs
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field
  • Have minimum 1 year experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Experience in IT consulting, technology, software, or professional services is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR functions (recruitment, HR administration, performance management, employee relations)
