Job Descriptions:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations program that promote positive employee morale, motivation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with heads of different departments to create effective KPI to analyze and improve the performance of each department.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
  • Oversee office supplies and facility maintenance.
  • Manage company assets and inventory records.
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Management, or related fields.
  • Min. 2 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relation, compensation and benefit, and HR policy & procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationship with employee at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulation, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of tax, Edabu, BPJS TK, and payroll, with experience in asset management and general affairs.
  • Willing to work hard in a dynamic environment.
