Overview

Responsibilities
  • Managing and handling legal company documents such as Notarial Deed, Contract, NIB, NPWP, etc.
  • Managing and handling legal expatriate documents such as KITAS, VISA, NPWP, etc.
  • Handle BPJS Employment and BPJS Health contributions and administration.
  • Handle travel arrangements including tickets, hotel accommodation, and all related to employees’ business trips.
  • Arrange and manage meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain document filing, support management requests, and regularly check office supplies with appropriate orders.
  • Handle vehicle, office building, and private insurance matters.
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and general affairs (GA).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university; minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00.
  • Major in Accounting is preferred.
  • Fluent and professional in English (mandatory).
  • Demonstrates a proactive, diligent, detail-oriented attitude with high initiative.
  • Updated knowledge of Indonesian HRGA regulations.
  • Experience in an administration role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support HR-related tasks and GA activities.
