Job summary

A packaging manufacturing company in Nganjuk is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to oversee employee management, legal compliance, and organizational development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Management, with at least 5 years of relevant HRGA experience. Additional certifications related to Labor Law and HRGA supervision are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in HRGA.
  • Mastering the Labor Law; having a PERADI license is an added value.
  • Having an HRGA Supervisor certification is an added value.
