To achieve this, we recruit only the most qualified educators and prioritize their well-being, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to perform at their best. Through this dedication, we cultivate an environment where both students and teachers thrive.

We’re looking for an HRGA to lead and manage human resources operations across our organization. This role will handle end-to-end HR functions, support both local and expatriate staff, and play a key part in fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for both expatriate and local employees, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee and coordinate all expatriate work permit and immigration processes (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA), ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor and immigration regulations.
  • Act as the key liaison with government authorities and external agencies to maintain regulatory compliance for foreign staff employment.
  • Manage housing arrangements for expatriate teachers and address any accommodation-related matters throughout their assignment in Indonesia.
  • Develop and implement a performance management framework aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures consistent with local legal requirements and global HR best practices.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to support organizational growth and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory to leadership on labor law compliance, contract management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.
  • Ensure effective communication and address workplace concerns promptly, fairly, and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multicultural or international setting.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and expatriate employment procedures (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA, and related reporting processes).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international staff and manage cross‑cultural dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
