About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) role is a crucial one within PT Gemuruh Karsa', a fast-growing company in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry based in Central Jakarta. As HRGA, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, as well as overseeing general administrative functions. This is a full-time permanent position.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Administer employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Oversee the general administrative functions of the office, such as facilities management and procurement
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psichology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and systems
  • Knowledgeable of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
