About the Role

The role involves designing and implementing strategic Compensation & Benefit frameworks, managing payroll and employee benefits, analyzing labor costs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategic Compensation & Benefit (C&B) frameworks.
  • Lead salary review and incentive planning.
  • Analyze compensation trends and workforce cost.
  • Ensure alignment of rewards with business goals.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor labor cost and attendance data.
  • Manage employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
  • Support HR budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or any related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager or 3 years as Manager in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
  • Experienced in handling full scope of Compensation & Benefit programs.
  • Proficient in SAP.
