Overview

PT. Max Rent Indonesia has been established in September 2023 in Tangerang, Banten. In collaboration with Rent Corporation, Marubeni Corporation, and PT Exxa, we support construction projects and installation of production facilities by renting a wide range of construction and industrial equipment in the necessary time for the necessary period. We are committed and rooted in the Indonesian market and grow with our customers. Currently we are seeking Human Resource & General Affair Generalist with details requirements as below:

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
• Proven experience at least 3 years in HR Recruitment & Development to execute above responsibilities.
• Strong ability to implement HR frameworks such as recruitment, training and organization development.
• Have capabilities in using Microsoft Office especially Ms Excel and Ms Visio.
• A creative and innovative mindset with strong capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in communication in English.
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang area (Komplek Pergudangan Bandara Mas).
