Job Description:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient processes and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration manually.
  • Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Support audits, handle employee records, and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Lead and guide the HR operations team, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR operational processes and tools.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS), payroll software, and labor regulations.
  • Preferably has experience handling payroll manually and being hands-on with end-to-end HR administrative tasks.
  • Experience in building HR functions from scratch, especially in a startup or early-stage company, is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software tools.
  • Fluent in English
