Job summary

Job description
General HR Support & Process Improvement
  • Provide accurate employee data and reporting to stakeholders upon request.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR operations (onboarding, HRIS, employee data, compliance, leave management) by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, policies, and HR processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
Onboarding
  • Coordinate and support new hires throughout their journey (pre-onboarding, onboarding, post-onboarding, payroll, contract extensions, and exit processes).
  • Liaise with regional HR, IT, and Office Management to ensure timely setup of business email, equipment, and access.
  • Compile and validate new hire personal information (bank details, employment status, etc.) in HRIS and master data.
  • Monitor and update new hire data changes to ensure accuracy before each joining cycle.
Administration
  • Process and coordinate requests and formalities letters (e.g., visa, KPR) to support employee needs.
  • Validate and update attendance data (CSV/manual inputs) to ensure accuracy in HRIS.
  • Record and reconcile employee leave data (annual, marriage, maternity, compassionate, off in lieu, etc.).
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience maintaining HR Operations & HRIS System
  • Skill in performing quality data entry
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and database maintenance basic concept
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skill
  • Get-things-done attitude, proactive, and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion
