Job summary

A visionary property developer is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to manage attendance and contracts, oversee company assets, and communicate effectively with employees and management. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems (like Sunfish) is a plus. Position based in Menara Jakarta, Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of BPJS and handling employee issues.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred.
